I am a senior operations and portfolio leader with 15 years of experience overseeing teams, budgets, and complex organizations across property,
redevelopment, and high-volume operating environments. I operate as an operations architect: I design the operating model, build the control surface,
and lead execution so performance remains predictable under load.
Each organization is unique, but the failure modes repeat: unclear authority, inconsistent vendor performance, fragmented systems of record, and compliance
handled as an afterthought. My work focuses on engineering those failure modes out of the operation. I create clean interfaces, explicit ownership, and
governance that is lightweight enough to sustain speed, yet rigorous enough to remain auditable.
